What is Plenti?
Plenti is a fast-growing fintech, helping its customers achieve their life goals by delivering fast and fair automotive, renewable energy and personal loans. Plenti is on a mission to be Australia’s best lender.
Lead Plenti’s internal dispute resolution process to effectively acknowledge, investigate and resolve disputes within regulatory timeframes and standards. You will also develop internal training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of customer facing roles by provision of dispute management training and guidance. The role will assist with compiling dispute reporting for distribution to the board, senior management and regulators whilst providing insights and recommendations to operations, sales and technology teams to resolve process or training gaps identified during dispute investigation. Finally you will operate within Plenti’s approved risk appetite and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and policies and also manage all EDR and escalated IDR complaints.
Skills we are looking for:
Experience in a disputes management or similar roles. Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and High attention to detail. Legal qualifications / background desired but are not required. Experience working in the credit industry is preferred as is knowledge of ASIC’s RG271
