About your role
We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at Harrison.ai and as we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find a commercially astute and globally experienced strategic marketing professional to help us manage the planned expansion of our company as new products are brought to market.
 
Reporting to the COO of Harrison.ai, as Marketing and Communications Manager you will be responsible for the design and delivery of our end-to-end marketing and communications strategies to help drive strategic growth across our brands. This role will see you collaborate and build strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Through joining our exciting, agile and fast-growing organisation – you will be given the autonomy and rare opportunity to truly make your mark on our brand evolution. In doing so, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of scaling medical predications globally to improve patient outcomes and make a positive impact for the world.

What you'll do:

  • Create an inspiring, unified vision for our end-to-end marketing and strategy for Harrison.ai and its joint ventures;
  • Produce, write, edit and format multimedia content for internal and external use (including managing video and podcast production);
  • Manage key channels including social media, website and marketing automation/email marketing CRM;
  • Manage all communications functions to internal and external stakeholders - including cultivating positive relations with our agency and media partners, as well as writing and editing copy for all marketing press and sponsored content;
  • Crisis and issues communications planning and management;
  • Work closely with People & Culture team to manage internal communications, including regular and out-of-cycle communications such as newsletters, season opener events and staff awards programs; and
  • Stakeholder relations planning and management, including investor relations and venture partner communications.
  • What will help you succeed:

  • Previous experience working in a marketing related or marketing communications role, ideally within a fast moving start-up or scale-up; 
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, development and management;  
  • Significant branding and media relations experience; and 
  • Experience working effectively with C-level stakeholders.  
  • Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in the use of Hubspot and Wordpress, with an understanding of analytics platforms such as Matomo and internal communications platforms such as Bananatag, Pyn or similar;
  • Experience with copywriting or design; and 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent in a similar field.
