Primary responsibilities:

This is a key role within a fast growing cloud communication platform, an Australian tech company going global.

Leading the development of Sales Enablement materials and helping design programs to train and develop the sales team as well as managing internal content and its presentation for the company more broadly you will be responsible for:

  • Working with Sales leadership on the development and documentation of the Sales process
  • Develop and implement global training programs for the sales organisation
  • Build and implement an online sales training curriculum for new hires as well as the existing field teams
  • Create a strategy for enterprise content management across the organisation
  • Provide company-wide training and documentation on key processes
  • Review of training and content management tooling making recommendations for future investments
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams on the creation and use of 'customer use case success stories'

In addition this role requires the ability to manage key project delivery of Sales Enablement and Enterprise Content Management programs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have...

  • 3+ years of customer facing experience (e.g. sales, customer success, consulting, etc.)
  • Ability to manage highly visible projects and timelines that span multiple areas
  • A high degree of organisation and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communications skills in the areas of writing, editing, and presenting
  • Proven track record of building engaging and consumable training content as well as conducting training sessions
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing great work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to network inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Experience with CMS and LMS tools
  • Exposure to SaaS business models
