We are looking for a superstar EA to join the growing Brighte team to support our marketing department and CRMO.  We need a dynamic and organised EA who loves a challenge, is calm under pressure and loves being kept on their toes. This role will also focus on supporting the team with marketing and events co-ordination.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing superior and executive level of support to CMRO - maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality
  • Diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an effective use of the CMRO’s time
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings with stakeholders - including liaising with EA's, arranging meeting room bookings and setting a clear agenda
  • Arranging events both internally (team building, off sites) and externally (conferences, strategy days)
  • Participation in Leadership Team meetings - coordinating agendas/minute taking/follow up on actions
  • Managing the Sales & Marketing calendar
  • Sales support: managing and sending collateral and providing support where needed
  • Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years plus as an EA/PA role at a Senior Management level;
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail
  • The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities;
  • Have a proactive approach and be a self-starter
  • Be tech savvy with a strong background in administrative tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a flexible approach and high integrity with an ability to manage confidential information
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a varied workload and multiple deadlines (be ready to roll your sleeves up)
  • Have an open mind and inclusive attitude, including a willingness to work across all teams within the company 
  • Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping.
