About the role:

We are looking for a Partner Experience Specialist to assist with the development of Partner culture and drive key success and experience metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making related to the Partner network.

What you'll do:

  • Work with internal teams and Partners to develop and implement initiatives that contribute to both company and team objectives
  • Collaborate on a world-class learning tool to support continual upskilling of the Partner Network (Hometime Hub)
  • Work closely with PED to ensure the development of best-in-class tools to support Partner success
  • Assist with and lead improvement projects, communications, and change management
  • Collaborate with internal teams on Partner network communications
  • Be flexible to contribute to other projects as required
  • Data-informed approach to problem-solving and analysis
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve workflow processes and quality
  • Build and maintain a network of suppliers to the benefit of the Hometime and Partner network service offering
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues across internal/external toolsets

Requirements:

  • Project and program management experience either in startups, tech, marketing, or accommodation space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail (content background would be a plus)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to distill necessary information to cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new workflows
  • Data-informed approach to problem-solving and analysis with experience in pulling data insights
