What you'll do:
As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a number of feature teams across multiple domain areas and you be responsible for the delivery and engineering quality of those teams.
While you are a technically strong engineer who is still passionate about writing code, your leadership skills, product thinking and business acumen is what really sets you apart.
You will spend majority of your time aligning with commercial, product and strategy leaders to ensure the engineers are not only focused on building the right thing, but they are working effectively and efficiently while being held to the engineering standards that you have set for them.
Our feature teams deliver business outcomes, not just product features so your ability to understand and solve complex problems is key to your success. This role will span a range of activities including designing and building new capabilities to support our product roadmap, architectural review of new and current solutions, delivery management, reduction of tech debt and enhancement to improve operational effectiveness such as MTTD and MTTR.
