Step into the role of Senior People Partner. Here, you'll act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with senior leaders in Engineering, Product, and Design. Your proactive approach will address people-related challenges and empower impactful decision-making, aligning with our ambitious goals.

Your Impact

  • Strategize: Offer strategic guidance on organisation scaling, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, career progression, and employee relations.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Foster effective collaborations across your portfolio to achieve commercial results.
  • Analytical Insights: Utilise data, metrics, and trends to equip leaders with actionable insights, shaping business decisions, organisational structures, and specific initiatives.
  • Coaching: Mentor leaders on performance issues, advocating for continuous learning, growth, and development.
  • Program Leadership: Design and implement People & Culture programs that promote a high  performance culture and drive desired outcomes.
  • Legal Expertise: Your knowledge of the AU employment law, contracts and regulations will mean you’re the go-to expert for your stakeholders.
  • Your Role

  • Business Partnering Expertise: Bring at least 5 years of experience in a dynamic business setting, demonstrating your ability to be a strategic partner.
  • Interpersonal Mastery: Showcase exceptional skills in building relationships at all levels.
  • Influential: Use your insights to guide leaders, encouraging smart business decisions.
  • Proactive and Insightful: Anticipate needs, seek opportunities for improvement, and prevent potential issues.
  • Analytical: Rely on data to support your ideas and decisions.
  • Strategic and Practical: Balance long-term planning with immediate, practical solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flex your style to suit different audiences.
