Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.

As a Senior Product Manager on Atlassian Bitbucket Data Center, you will help advance our mission to take modern software delivery practices to every professional software team on earth. You will partner with teams across Atlassian to define the vision, analyse industry trends as well as customer and partner needs, and prioritise features and improvements. Your work will impact thousands of customers including some of the leaders in their industries, now and for the next decade.

More about you
You love working hard to make products as amazing as possible for customers. You have prior success setting product vision and strategy and launching excellent products. You’re adept at building relationships across product lines and functional groups and keeping everyone on the same page.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Shown success leading product strategy from concept to launch that delivered awesome user experiences, ideally at a fast-growing software company
  • A track record of building relationships with design and engineering and influencing without authority
  • Strong customer empathy and desire to build delightful user experiences
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. You're comfortable defining and monitoring key business and usage success metrics
  • Familiarity with developer tools and concepts like Agile and DevOps
  • It's excellent, but not required, if you have:

  • BS/BA with an emphasis in technology, IT or operations; Masters or MBA preferred
  • Experience working on products in the developer tools space
