What is the purpose of this role?

The purpose of the Revenue Operations Analyst role is to empower EstimateOne's revenue-driving teams by providing actionable insights, streamlined processes, and data-driven recommendations. By aligning closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams, this role will ensure these teams operate efficiently and strategically, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing Revenue Operations:

The Revenue Operations Analyst will work across teams to optimise processes that support marketing acquisition efforts, high-quality lead generation, and effective renewal targeting for high-value customers. They will also support pricing and packaging initiatives by providing insights and supporting experiments that contribute to EstimateOne’s revenue growth strategy.

Driving Process Improvement and Reporting Accuracy:

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for continuously improving operational processes and ensuring data integrity across systems. They will assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy and speed in reporting. By standardising and automating processes, this role will ensure reliable and consistent reporting, enabling teams to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Uncovering and Leveraging Insights:

By analysing sales performance, customer behaviours, and marketing data, this role will uncover key insights that inform go-to-market strategies. The Revenue Operations Analyst will utilise advanced SQL, spreadsheets, BI reporting tools, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Chargebee) to ensure data is transformed into actionable recommendations for driving results.

Collaborating and Communicating for Impact:

This role will act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams, fostering alignment on strategy and operational priorities. The Revenue Operations Analyst will effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders. Through strong collaboration and impactful storytelling, they will inspire change, align teams with revenue strategies, and ensure performance targets are met.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations; experience in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (or Google Sheets), and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Mode. Familiarity with Python for data processing is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM tool, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Chargebee, Customer.io, or Google Analytics.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; startup experience is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a knack for distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • A natural curiosity and innovative mindset that drive creative problem-solving and solution development.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining focus and momentum.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements.
