About the role:
Beautiful Conversations is a multi year programme of work designed to “make every message matter” to ensure highly relevant, targeted and useful conversations between Xero and our customers, spanning across the Product, Customer and Technology parts of the organisation.
The Senior Product Manager within Global Service & User Platforms (GSUP) / Beautiful Conversations is a new role that is focused on driving this communications transformation programme (called Beautiful Conversations) from a Product perspective. This will involve being the link between GSUP teams and the Customer portfolio leading this programme of work, to ensure we’re prioritising the highest value communications across the customer journey for Xero.
This role will see you work across different parts of Xero with a diverse and interesting group of people: from a team working on notifications within the Xero product, to a cross functional Xero programme of work where you will help shepherd product needs forward by influencing other teams and roles in the programme.
We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well.
