About the role

Join Sonder Australia as a Growth Marketing Manager and be at the forefront of revolutionising employee wellbeing through innovative technology. With a focus on enterprise-level businesses, your mission is to drive Sonder's growth through strategic multi-channel campaigns and a robust blend of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM). Your goal is to meet ambitious revenue targets by engaging and converting prospects, leveraging personalised campaigns and demonstrating our solution's value through product insights, customer advocacy, and ROI metrics.

Ideal candidates bring a strong track record in B2B demand generation and ABM, with proven expertise in executing digital and outbound campaigns that influence buyer journeys and drive business growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work directly with the enterprise sales team to identify and create ABM strategies for target accounts
  • Implement best practice initiatives and approaches to generate influence at key accounts and create new pipeline 
  • Focus on account coverage, multithreading and building strong brand relationships - while personalising offers and product uses cases to target accounts 
  • Refine and evolve our ICP scoring, personas and buyer journeys for enterprise prospects
  • Build influence and account coverage campaigns to excite and engage key personas across your target account lists
  • Use third party and first party data as well as multi touch attribution tools to provide rich ABM insights 
  • Work with Hubspot CRM team to track and report on key metrics, with SQL and pipeline generated as the north star
  • Quantify impact by owning Marketing’s KPI dashboard and reporting on creating MQL and moving them to SQL
  • Conduct regular sales workshops to review campaign performance and pipeline impact while establishing a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, pains, and competitive factors)
  • Run campaign retros with relevant stakeholders (design, content and growth marketing teams) to better understand what’s working in the market, what’s resonating, and what’s not landing to continuously improve and focus efforts with increasing returns

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day. Above all else, you - the ideal candidate - will embody the Sonder values and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

What you bring to the team;

  • 3 - 4 + years experience in digital marketing 
  • Experience in B2B demand generation. Ideally worked in SaaS marketing products and services
  • Experience targeting enterprise/high ACV customers ($100k+)
  • Track record of above-benchmark success for demand generation targets and revenue generation
  • Proven ability to measure impact and ROI of campaigns on revenue targets
  • Someone passionate and who pushes the boundaries
  • Past experience leading; email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, video campaigns, webinar driven campaigns, and ABM approaches
  • Hubspot experience essential 
  • Prior experience with leveraging internal and external data to benchmark, measure success and continuously improve
