We're constantly adding to the depth of capability on the Ento platform and solving bigger and bigger problems for our clients. That's why we're looking for a Training Specialist to act as the expert coach for our customers, helping them get at every last little bit of functionality and ensuring that are set up for the best possible success.

About us
Ento is a Series B, SaaS scale-up with teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Toronto building the future generation of workforce management software.

Our product is considered best-of-breed and we have an amazing reputation with our customers and partners. We’ve been able to prove product-market fit across a range of industries and an ability to push into Enterprise size deals.

Our approach to flexible work 
We offer the option to work a compressed fortnight. This means you work slightly longer days (8.4 hours) over nine days so that every second Friday is an RDO. That’s right - three day weekend every other week! But if a ‘normal’ 10 day working week suits you better that’s also a-ok by us! 

If you love your home setup, you can work from home at least 50% of the time. You’ll always have a desk in our office, but outside of two days each week you’ll be free to work from home should you wish. 

Like flexibility to drop off kids? Or maybe early mornings just aren’t your thing! We’re all about that. We have core hours where the whole team is working, we aim to have our meetings during this time so the rest can be focus time, but outside of that you can start and finish when you please. 

We also recognise that everyone is a little different and sometimes you’ll need flexible arrangements that suit your situation. We’ll happily discuss your needs and if we can make it work we will! 

About you
You thrive on delivering impact. Whether that's online, in-person or in your written communication. You're able to communicate complex topics in a succinct, easy-to-digest way.

Thinking critical is also in your wheelhouse. You have the ability to analyse the learning needs of our clients and measure the outcome of what you've delivered.

Creating process, documentation and support collateral is your “thing.” You have ideas, and the skills to bring them to life!

If you’d been here last week you might have...

  • Prepared for and delivered robust customer training to a few select accounts
  • Created resource templates that are replicable for future client engagements
  • Advised on training best practice (and maybe given some helpful tips to our Support and Consulting teams!)
  • Advised our Account Managers & Growth teams on how to pitch training, helping them to unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Analysed common Support requests to identify areas of improvement and if there are trends in the opportunities for training
  • Creating new education collateral (and maybe uplifted some of the older versions!) in a range of formats including website, written guides, video tutorials, hosting webinars, etc
  • Your background

  • You've delivered impactful software training in a business environment, along with creating the necessary training/support materials
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of company education best practice and any frameworks that you've found to be effective
  • You have a genuine genuine drive to understand the nuances of the Ento software. You're curious by nature!
  • You have the ability to measure and analyse learning needs and training outcomes
  • You're digitally literate i.e you have the ability to use Wordpress, create PDFs, etc
  • And you've managed project-based training, keeping a tight grip on the agreed scope regardless of how demanding customers can be!
