Xero is a beautiful, easy-to-use platform that helps small businesses and their accounting and bookkeeping advisors grow and thrive.

At Xero, our purpose is to make life better for people in small business, their advisors, and communities around the world. This purpose sits at the centre of everything we do. We support our people to do the best work of their lives so that they can help small businesses succeed through better tools, information and connections. Because when they succeed they make a difference, and when millions of small businesses are making a difference, the world is a more beautiful place.

Our Incubator team is making it simple for our Small Businesses to access timely, competitive and smart lending options that fit their needs.

It builds and extends the Xero API platform which allows our small business customers to connect their Xero business data with our lending ecosystem partners. These lending ecosystem partners include banks and fintechs across our global markets.

We are continually evolving and iterating our data products to make it easier for our lending partners to provide our small business customers with credit.

As the Business Analyst you will play a key role in the development of new API based credit integrations.

The Incubator is a small team within Xero Financial Services that conceives, builds and releases data solutions for our lending partners.

We use technologies such as C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and AWS, and we practice continuous delivery and an agile delivery methodology.
