We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the SaaS industry to join our Performance Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies specifically tailored to driving customer acquisition. Your expertise in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with B2B experience will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

How you will spend your time:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels with a strong focus in paid search, targeting SaaS buyers and decision-makers
  • Design and implement tests to enhance campaign performance and generate valuable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives
  • Test and analyze new ad formats, staying informed about industry trends and recommending innovative strategies
  • Provide regular reports with analysis of KPI dashboard strengths and opportunities
  • Develop and execute paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns, including re-marketing, to support lead generation goals and maximize ROAS
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate proficiency with PPC optimization tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data through testing and optimization
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis within the SaaS industry to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the SaaS industry and establish tracking and reporting frameworks for campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • About you:

  • 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns
  • Agency background preferable
  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Ability to write creative, engaging ad copy, and implement across multiple campaigns
  • Analytical mindset to assess campaign effectiveness and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with funnel marketing elements, including landing page building, creative/copy, tracking/attribution, and analytics
  • Exhibit excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with creative, agile, and experimental thinking
  • Google Ads certification is a must
  • A knowledge of performance marketing strategies, tools, and techniques within the SaaS industry across various digital channels would be highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad management platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clearbit, Branch, Tableau, and landing page personalisation software
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
