Our suite of comprehensive AI-solutions will support radiologists during their end-to-end process of imaging interpretation. 

About your role

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at and as we continue to grow, we are looking for a technically astute Presales Solutions Architect to partner closely with our regional business development team in helping to expand and implement our global sales strategy as new products are brought to market.

Through your familiarity with hospital, physician and clinical systems (as well as the broader healthcare industry), this role will see you assist our sales team and engage with new and existing account sales opportunities. You will establish relationships and credibility with a range of clinical and technical staff in order to drive technical discovery and demonstrate our solutions. As such, your role will not only be responsible for determining solution offerings and preparing technical/functional sales material, but also you will help our sales team develop business cases as well as present the value of our solution offerings in alignment with customer needs.

What you'll do:

  • Provide expertise in the sales cycle to understand the customer's environment and workflow to determine the optimal solution for the customer;
  • Give technical expertise during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed;
  • Develop and deliver compelling, personalised demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes and other pre-sales assets, based on knowledge gained about the customer which link to’s technologies;
  • Actively contribute to the sales proposal, RFP and Tender processes across assigned regions (and other regions as required) across all our products and strategies;
  • Perform demonstration system setup and configuration for customer demonstrations and trade shows as required;
  • Sustain a comprehensive understanding of Annalise solutions, including technology and services, and how the solutions fit within healthcare needs and competitive offerings;
  • Travel to prospects and clients to meet key contacts and lead technical design process discussions and present architected solutions;
  • Liaise with product teams and product owners to provide market feedback and inputs; and
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information within Salesforce Sales Cloud including products, pricing, status and timelines to ensure accuracy in sales forecasting against quarterly targets.
  • What will help you succeed:

  • Solid work experience across healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging technologies;
  • Experience with virtualisations (ESX), multiple operating systems (Windows and Linux/Unix Server and workstation) and database systems (MS SQL);
  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
  • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and other healthcare/imaging related protocols;
  • Ability to operate well independently and lead client interactions at departmental level;
  • Ethics and experience in a structured/regulated sales organisation;
  • Results driven and with high customer engagement and relationship building skills; and
  • Available to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
