Your Challenge:

We're looking for a passionate phone based Account Manager to join our high-performing team in Sydney. As an Account Manager for hipages, a private technology company, your role will be to offer a personalised service to our high value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a portfolio of accounts, including growing, nurturing and retaining customers
  • Manage, track and measure performance of tradies campaigns
  • Educating Tradies on best practices for ROI 
  • Inbound calls to answer any questions they may have regarding their campaigns
  • Managing outbound marketing campaigns - including efforts to ascend our customers to higher tier plans
  • Strategic approach to client base to maximise portfolio growth
  • Provide first class customer service



You bring:

You have the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and work collaboratively with our customers and with your team members. You are always striving for the best possible results for the customer and the business, taking pride in your high quality work done in a timely manner. You are always aware of how you present yourself and the business to the customer, providing first class customer service. 

You are the ‘tradie’ expert in educating customers on ensuring they get the best value out of their packages, adapting to different customer needs, provide solutions and identify new opportunities for success. You’ll have that sales drive to continually improve your performance and ensure that you are offering high quality work. No matter how tough a call might be, you’ll keep cool, calm & collected to find the best solution for your customer. 

Your CV:

  • Experience in an Account Management / Sales or Customer Service role
  • Exposure to a sales environment 
  • Experience in campaign management 
  • Experience in online marketing/advertising
