Overview of Position

Our Marketing Team is responsible for developing strategically focused campaigns and programs designed to support sales from prospecting to close. These activities are customized to specific regions, reps, accounts, contacts, and opportunities. We are tightly aligned to the sales team and continually work collaboratively to get the word out about our incredible product line. 

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in planning and executing activities that build pipeline and drive revenue. The role will focus on creating engaging and persuasive content for a highly technical audience. This role is critical in driving customer engagement and improving website ranking. You will be working closely with the marketing team and a technical content writer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Write technical content for a range of marketing materials (blog posts, white papers, case studies, PowerPoint, eDMs, social media posts, video scripts, PR, etc)
  • Liaise with clients and sponsored parties to collect testimonials and create engaging content
  • Gain a deep understanding of the technology and customer pain points
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, sales and support teams to gather product and market information
  • Monitor website ranking and industry keywords
  • Be an integral part of the Marketing team and support initiatives across website, customer engagement, design and other areas
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail, including proofreading every piece of content we release and have an appreciation for great design.
  • Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing or engineering degree
  • Min 2 years writing content for a tech/engineering company
  • Experience working with external stakeholders for sponsorships, case studies
  • Experience in B2B marketing with an ability to quickly understand technical products and applications and translate them to real customer value propositions
  • A “can-do” positive approach who possesses a desire and ability to learn about technical products and markets
  • Ability to work autonomously to reach pre-defined goals
  • Experience and/or higher education in the high-tech space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to understand technical products and markets
