Working at Atlassian

Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Atlassian’s mission is to help unleash the potential of every team. Across the globe, thousands of organisations use our products to connect teams with work and unlock new levels of collaboration. With our Team Anywhere initiative we’re taking on a new realm of distributed teamwork, and we want to be the pioneers in building effective ways of working, both for Atlassian teams and for our customers.
Our products are revolutionising the software industry and helping teams collaborate and craft the magic that delivers their best work. Think NASA launching the Rover on Mars or Cochlear gifting those born deaf with the ability to hear, your work directly impacts the products they use to advance humanity!

In addition to our software products, our customers are becoming increasingly interested in how we help them with their ways of working to truly unleash the potential of our products. At Atlassian, we have a variety of solutions that we provide to customers (like helping them do better OKR’s), that focus more on the aspects of effective teams, new ways of working, and changing how their teams work together.
The Customer Success & Innovation Team is composed of Solutions Engineers, Atlassian University, Advisory Services, Team Coaches, Success Managers and Service Designers, working together to enable our largest customers succeed with our products.
