At Atlassian, we have a variety of solutions that we provide to customers (like helping them do better OKR’s), that focus more on the aspects of effective teams, new ways of working, and changing how their teams work together.
The Customer Success & Innovation Team is composed of Solutions Engineers, Atlassian University, Advisory Services, Team Coaches, Success Managers and Service Designers, working together to enable our largest customers succeed with our products. We work closely with our cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, R&D, and internal coaches - to stay close to our evolving ways of working internally and externally.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with R&D coaches, Team Doctors, marketing and brand, to form an extended “triad” and lead your team to success - in terms of not only customer & business impact, but team health & fulfilment
  • Own the development of a roadmap that takes into account of our internal ways of working, where they are published, and associated product experience. In addition, this role owns graduating those internal ways of working and shipping them to our customers and bringing them to life in our software products
  • Be well-versed in the product development cycle starting from an idea, to exploration, to planning, to execution and measuring the impact of your work
  • Stay close to our sales, marketing and brand teams - being the customer needs and product expert, who can support conversations with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with our Work Management Product Marketing teams, and Events Teams, to showcase our ways of working at key events, conferences, and in relevant campaignsExperience in product management and B2B or Enterprise software
  • On your first day we will expect you to have:

  • Extensive experience in product management within B2B or Enterprise software products
  • Proven track record of building B2B or Enterprise products
  • Keen understanding of SaaS business models and drivers of growth
  • True obsession for customers – you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems because it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning! You will be the voice of the customer on our team!
  • Be a Master in Product Management Craft: experience in developing high-level product strategy and roadmap that can span multiple years, communicating it to executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team behind it
  • Be very data-informed in making strategic and roadmap decisions, always focused on measuring the impact of our work. Ability to build a compelling business case for new opportunities.
  • Experience in building relationships and influencing without authority across disciplines and at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, product leadership and users.
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative. You take to heart our value to “be the change you seek” and don’t hesitate to take action when you believe something could be better than it is today
