The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our highly successful Business Sale and Purchase team within our Corporate & Commercial practice group. The team assists clients at all stages of their buying/selling journey. In addition to sale of business transactions, the successful candidate will be involved in general corporate advisory work.

Our client base is as diverse as it is interesting, and the value and scale of the work we do is ever increasing. We act for an incredibly diverse range of clients, from SMEs through to multi-jurisdictional enterprises, helping them with business sales, share sales and other acquisition and disposal transactions with deal sizes ranging from $50,000 to $100m.

This position is ideal for an experienced lawyer with broad expertise in corporate law, ideally within a recognised firm or company. You should have experience in effectively managing workflows and projects in a fast paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced - At least 5 years of experience in a reputable legal environment specialising in corporate law (demonstrated experience with sale of business transactions is a must).
