The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for building our enterprise level merchant base, and maximising revenue through the development and execution of growth strategies. Success will be based on your ability to win major merchant partners thorough prospect discovery and tailored partnership proposals, and ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and integration of the Moula Pay solution into their B2B trade ecosystem.

  • Playing a pivotal role in the continued growth of the Moula Pay merchant channel through clear articulation and demonstration of the commercial value of Moula Pay, creating excitement and enthusiasm among new enterprise-level prospects to convert sales and drive new revenue for the business.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, open new doors, nurture opportunities and manage and execute on the big deals yourself.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process through pre-sales and post-sales, with a focus on bringing partner programs to rapid maturity (growth and embeddedness).
  • Coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and Account Management plans.
  • Be naturally collaborative and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback to ensure strong GTM and customer and merchant experiences, aligned to target segments and the Moula Pay CVP, now and into the future.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of B2B commerce and broader business/economic/competitive landscape to enhance your ability to anticipate client requirements.
  • Collaborating with key enterprise partner stakeholders to embed Moula Pay along the value chain to support key business objectives, and continually seek to participate in partners' strategic business planning processes.
  • Formulating, implementing, and managing strategic business plans for your portfolio of partner accounts to ensure that they achieve revenue/quota targets and maintain growth and maturity.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance of all relationships through the delivery of approved materials, product training, and contact strategies.
  • Embedding program governance and cadences including, at a minimum, quarterly business reviews to articulate partnership value and success against established objectives.
  • Utilising available data to prepare timely, relevant, and insightful sales performance reports for partners, and presenting these reports to their key stakeholders with action plans based on insights.
  • Working closely with Business Development Managers at pre-sales, and Account Managers at post-sales to successfully execute strategic business plans for partner accounts.
  • Appropriate record keeping of activities and program strategies through internal CRM platforms.

  • You have specialist product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with partners at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  • Appreciation of the value/importance of designated accounts, coupled with the ability to balance the needs of the organisation and the partner's organisation.
  • Proven Sales ability including strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Loads of initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast and ever-changing environment, with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organisational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • Experience working with a CRM database. Salesforce preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills including the ability to quickly engage and create strong rapport with customers.
  • A willingness to learn and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Are highly self-motivated and confident, with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
  • 5+ years of digital/financial enterprise sales or account management experience selling enterprise-level solutions to C-suite and senior level decision makers.
