An opportunity for someone with experience in Financial Services, whether it's customer service, settlements etc, to learn about credit from the ground up!
Your leader is one who likes to empower his team, asking their opinion, or how they might approach a situation and will consistently challenge you.
At Brighte, you'll be exposed to doing things differently. Being 5 years young, the team and wider business' focus is on automation and efficiency.
As you are the first point of contact for the customer, you will be the expert in understanding their pain points, and passing that feedback onto the business is crucial.
You will be an active contributor! Not only by making suggestions for improvements, but to making renewable energy more accessible to homeowners.
With support of the onshore and offshore team who works as one, your goal will be to get to a place of working with full autonomy, with your own Delegation Lending Authority (DLA) and confidence in your decision making.
You'll work on regulated loans, assessing new applications to verify identification and assess their suitability via phone, email and Zendesk. Initially, you will ensure this is all in place to then pass on to a Senior in your team for final approval.

- Experience in Financial Services, wanting to explore the credit space specifically
- Confidence in your ability to make decision, or to ask questions if not
- Resilience and you are comfortable with change
- The ability to manage peoples' expectations, and have potentially difficult conversations at times
