The role

If you can really own Marketing and have experience of this in a StartUp environment, then we want you! However, this is not a simple desk-based role; this is a chance to make your mark, own and set-up the Marketing function you have always dreamed of.

You will create and run the marketing function, rolling your sleeves up; attract new clients; build our brand and developing our Marketing plan across channels.

Our team continues to build enterprise-grade SaaS solutions that create huge value for our customers. Our product has created its own momentum and we need you to help harness and build on the reach across new channels and markets.

  • Own it. You will:
  • Develop the strategy to expand and reach target markets (Australia, US and beyond) and accelerate growth with a compelling value proposition
  • Drive our brand into the market. You will build on a compelling narrative to lead brand awareness and affinity amongst the target audience through successful marketing campaigns and programs
  • Commercial. Achieve strong-positive Return on investment outcomes at scale through a natural understanding of our growth drivers and efficient activation strategies
  • Be a leader. You will build your team inline with business growth

In a previous life you have:

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, including within a startup environment; built a marketing function from scratch in a greenfields environment
  • 5+ years of experience building marketing outbound campaigns including events, direct marketing, and digital channel management
  • Worked within B2B previously
  • Experience managing contact and campaign data through a modern CRM for privacy, automation and performance tracking
  • Developed your knowledge of the campaign delivery lifecycle from envision, design, execute, and measure
  • Experience presenting complex solutions to a C-Level audience
  • Coached and inspired others in your craft
