Due to Valiant looking to triple the Engineering team we are now on the lookout for our first specialist Tech recruiter to help our growth.

Requirements

  • Development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies in the Technology space
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in areas such as Engineering and Product.
  • Provide advice to leaders on fit-for-purpose talent management strategies to close capability gaps, support informed selection choices, and align with the organisation's employee value proposition.
  • Manage candidate relationships ensuring positive experiences for all candidates and maintaining the relationship with talent pool candidates.
  • Generate contracts and support leaders in ensuring candidates have a smooth onboard process.
  • Being a brand ambassador for Valiant in the external market, ensuring we’re recognised as an employer of choice

About You

You will have 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment professional with proven engagement skills and an ability to advise, coach and influence.

To be successful you will have strong commercial acumen along with:

  • End to end talent acquisition experience, ideally within the Technology & Innovation space
  • Experience designing and delivering strategic sourcing solutions to attract diverse talent
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders
  • Appreciation and commitment to a positive candidate experience
