Due to growth across the business, we have a fantastic career opportunity for a junior Financial Business Analyst to learn and grow within our Finance team. This is a unique role for someone from a top tier background to drive their career and thrive in a fast paced, start-up organisation which is expanding rapidly.

You will gain exposure across the whole business while supporting the Finance and Executive team across the financial planning and analysis function, undertaking strategic analysis to determine the optimal allocation of resources to achieve Willow's objectives. This will require the production of reports using financial and market data to analyse business performance and strategy. You will work collaboratively with a high-performance team and may also focus on global locations.

  • Strategic analysis including review of the competitive landscape, assessing various product market opportunities as well as direct input into product pricing strategies.
  • Assessing past and present costing structures across the business and identifying trends and efficiencies.
  • Preparing reports on the above information and clearly communicating the analysis to the broader stakeholders
  • Working with the finance team to help develop long-term commercial plans and strategies incorporating scenario analysis.
  • Analysis of potential investment opportunities
  • Financial modelling including assistance in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Developing other initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Chartered Accountant preferable
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • A commercial mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • An active interest in and knowledge of property, infrastructure and technology.
  • A passion for working within a fast paced, agile environment
  • Proven examples of a high-performance background (Tier 1 employer, strong academics)
