The role & the team

Shippit is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to oversee the operations of all revenue generating teams while partnering working closely with enabling teams. As a critical player in our GTM Strategy, you will be responsible for optimising our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success technology stack together with our people and processes. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will act as a strategist, data analyst, and project manager to identify and leverage growth opportunities across all market segments. 
Your role includes a hands-on approach to improving operations through enhanced processes, systems/technology, and data analytics. 
You will also focus on creating a seamless and integrated customer journey through strategic leadership, influencing cross-functional teams to drive efficient and scalable revenue growth.

Day to day

* Continuously refine the tech stack for integration and efficiency across all revenue-driving teams.
* Lead strategic management of leads, accounts, and territories to optimise coverage and revenue growth.
* Design and manage comprehensive reporting architectures to track and analyse key performance indicators.
* Coordinate forecasting, planning, and data-driven strategies for quota and incentives design and capacity planning.
* Drive the go-to-market (GTM) planning process, collaborating closely with finance and other departments. This includes (but is not limited to, the launching of new products)
* Foster a culture of excellence and adaptability, promoting continuous learning within the team.

Our ideal Shippster

* Over 7 years of experience in strategy & planning within high-velocity go-to-market (GTM) teams, preferably in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Marketing Ops or Financial planning.
* Strong background in managing operations within a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
* Proficient in CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Looker and Outreach.
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of market development strategies and operations.
* Possesses impeccable attention to detail and proven leadership in driving revenue productivity and operational efficiency.
* Experienced in stakeholder and relationship management with executive leadership, especially in a global context.
