Relevance AI is the platform for AI-powered search and analysis. We leverage a ML-technique using vectors to extract business value form qualitative and unstructured data like text, images, audio, PDFs and more. Our product enables customers to build Google-like search, Spotify-like recommendations and Excel-like analysis.
As head of people and talent acquisition, you’ll be a champion of our company culture and support our founders in fostering the best possible environment for our team. You’ll help in finding, developing, motivating and retaining talent at Relevance.
This position is a key role in the company responsible for helping us successfully grow to over 20 people in the next few months and building a unique and loved workplace. You’ll have a direct part in shaping and writing our story as we grow to meet our vision.

Experience in a tech start-up.
Strong knowledge of People Operations including policies, payroll, immigration, tooling
This role is remote friendly with at least a 4-hour overlap with AEST (UTC+10) during business hours. We have a beautiful office in Barangaroo in Sydney, Australia that allow for hybrid work.
