About your role

In this role you will be in the unique position to directly impact the lives of our patients and their families; this requires clinical understanding and the commercial intelligence to make big leaps in innovation and technology development. As a Product Manager you will work with dynamic development and cross-functional teams, collaborating with Engineering, Design and Clinical, alongside other functions to bring AI-driven clinical products to life. You are a strong communicator and team player with passion and enthusiasm to drive the future direction of our products from concept through to delivery.

To ensure success in the role, you will be able to demonstrate that you are a self-starter who is a detail-oriented, result-driven individual who works well within a fast-paced team environment. We have big ambitions, and this role will play a key part in shaping and managing the delivery of those going forwards. You will be a key driver in creating the vision and product definition for a collaborative development team, as well as pivotal in guiding its successful delivery.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with team members from design, engineering and clinical AI to define and shape our products in the digital pathology space

Define user input requirements for products and support in elaboration of these with the engineering team

Participate, design, and optimize the product from initial concept through the development cycle to product release, considering clinician and other user needs, to ensure fit for clinical purpose

Support and manage the product stream for development and delivery of releases

Assess value, develop business cases, prioritize stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with your product strategy

Research our target markets, competitors and key customer segments

Develop an understanding of the digital pathology market and key industry trends

Prepare material and presentations to communicate product features & benefits to stakeholders

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role within the medical device industry;

Technical understanding of Saas type product design, development and agile delivery methodologies

Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of data Understanding of medical device regulations

Technical knowledge and expertise in areas related to health-tech and/or clinical AI

Project management capabilities

Experience in histopathology

Experience as a product manager or working with AI driven products

Familiarity using certain software packages – e.g. Jira, JAMA, Figma, Miro
