A bit about the role:

Immutable has a unique opportunity for game producers with a hands-on mentality to help shape the future of gaming by associating producing a world-class mobile RPG game with a true play-and-earn business model. We are disrupting the game industry and empowering our players, this is a chance to take ownership and accountability in critical production processes!

The role as a Producer presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful game development, publishing and continued expansion / live development of Guild of Guardians by developing, maintaining, and improving an efficient and sustainable production pipeline built in collaboration between various teams across different time zones. You will also be taking accountability for and ownership over key production processes.

You will be accompanied by a core team of industry veterans with 100+ games shipped for all major publishers, hence being a perfect environment to learn, develop, improve, and apply all your experiences and skills to the next level!

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Pre-empt project risks and dependencies and proactively finding ways to solve them across various tracks (core development, art production, update and distribution strategies)
  • Take accountability for and ownership over the key production processes
  • Address and remove blockers flagged by other leads and teams
  • Coordinate and report on the intersectional activities, projects and deliveries between game production, product owners, marketing and PR
  • Ensure that organizational and production processes are upheld at the highest standard by following established processes, challenging those and proposing improvements
  • Ensure efficient communication and full-coverage documentation between and from the key stakeholders of all parties involved
  • We would love you to have:

  • At least 2-3 games shipped (preferably mobile games) in a producing or project management role OR;
  • At least 4-5 digital products shipped in a senior producing role in digital advertising or similar OR;
  • At least 3-4 years of in producing roles for TV / cinema / streaming
  • Excellent proficiency with at least one major Project Management Tool (JIRA, ClickUp, Monday, Hansoft - NOT MS Project) and profound knowledge of agile PM frameworks
  • Excellent English skills - native or IELTS 8.0+
  • Excellent communication skills across international team structures
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Profound knowledge of cryptocurrencies, NFTs and associated ecosystems / marketplaces
  • Game development background
  • Unity experience
  • Experience with free-to-play game development and game economies
