About the role 

  • Think account manager, with all the client nurturing, minus the pushy commercial sales targets
  • You will be creating unforgettable experiences when you present new customers with their vehicle and giving them the opportunity to earn an income to support their family and or their careers.
  • You'll be providing ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and to maintain a higher driver rating.
  • You will provide coaching and feedback to our customers to ensure that their behaviors stay aligned to their contracts and responsibilities on the road.
  • You will create deep and long-lasting relationships that go beyond the levels of service they would expect. These include semi regular catch ups with each of your customers. Much like any good relationship, you will need to have two-way conversations with customers, including hard conversations around meeting their rental contract obligations.

What you’ll bring

  • You will have excellent customer experience skills that have been honed and sharpened in your previous jobs
  • You will ideally also have some working knowledge of the ride hailing/on demand industry
  • Some experience working with people from a variety of different cultural backgrounds is a big plus as is the ability to speak languages other than English
  • Attention to detail is paramount. It's the little things that count and we need you to be able to notice them where others can't. (Notice the three errors)
  • Being a scale up business no two days are the same.  You may be asked to perform duties outside of this job description. So, a team player is a must!
