An exciting opportunity has arisen in our amazing Product team to join Showpo and continue/begin your career as an Buyers Admin Assistant! With a flair for organisation and a passion for fashion you will support our busy Buying team in ensuring all admin tasks are completed - this is the perfect role for those looking to begin their career in Buying learning from the best!

Day to day, you will:

  • Setting up Purchase Orders to be raised - Branded, Own Buy and Floor & Handing over to VA’s to raise
  • Negotiation of pricing for high quantity repeat & core orders, updating Google Sheet new prices & roll up overview
  • Supplier / Buyer liaison - Replying back in a timely manner ensuring all queries are attended to and resolved
  • Assisting Buying Manager on Basic / Casual / Party Day dresses CAT with trading admin actions, re-pricing, adding lines to re-shoot tracker and product description updates
  • Fabric card management - BOM (Bill of Materials assignment), Pulling and filing fabric cards
  • Maintain and update Website Edit Population - Ensuring edit is relevant to trend, removing MD’s etc
  • Setting up reporting: New Arrival Performance reporting - Setup imagery for weekly trade slides
  • Execute Sample Management for campaign shoots, relevant fit projects and relevant development styles.
  • Ensuring styles are marked off and handed over correctly to relevant teams - End to end ownership.
  • Allocating product to correct trend / edit
  •  Assisting with building out and actively maintaining conscious fabric library
  • Liaising with suppliers on MOQ, Cost prices and updating & managing stock holdings
  • Who are you?

  • Highly organised with a numerical and analytical mindset
  • Working knowledge of excel/google sheets
  • Passion for fashion and a team player!
  • Prior experience in an office environment
