We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC People & Culture team in Sydney. You will own and coordinate the recruitment process from the time a role is approved until the new Vender has started, ensuring a great candidate experience and that we select the very best talent. This role will primarily manage our Sales and Marketing portfolio, but we're a small team and you'll get to work with many other teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from picking up a brief, to sourcing and attracting, designing a fit-for-purpose interview process, through to reference checks and managing the job offer
  2. Working in partnership with our managers to source and select the best talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that represents our brand
  3. Incorporating and championing inclusion and diversity practices into the recruitment framework
  4. Consulting and supporting our leaders on day to day recruitment needs
  5. Partnering with any external agencies or contractors we may work with
  6. Supporting the People and Culture team as required with employment branding, and onboarding activity

What you need to bring:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings
  • Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business
  • Excellent communication skills
