Important details

  • We are looking for a great people leader. In return you’ll get to work in a fun and dynamic business that really looks after employees!
  • Full time or Part - Time the choice is yours the only day we require you to work is Saturday 8.00am to 2.00pm and on call on Sundays
  • Leading a team of 8-12 Sales & Customer Service Coordinators
  • The role will be a hybrid role- based in our Abbotsford office on a Saturday and in the office and at home the other days.

You will work in our frontline sales and customer support team. Here you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our customers book their special moments with us over phone, chat and email. At AmazingCo the customer is king!

  • Conducting 1:1s with your reports
  • Ensuring the team are hitting targets
  • Daily support for your team as they navigate sales and customer service
  • Managing workflows

About you

You must be fabulous with people! You must have had a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team in a Contact Centre or Operations environment. You must also be great with interacting with customers and have great attention to detail together with strong problem solving skills.

You thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing environment where supporting your team to respond to customers and solve their challenges every day is the norm.

You are calm under pressure when things get busy and you aren't afraid to ask questions when you’re not sure about things but most of all you love going above and beyond to support your team and service customers.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a leading a team in Contact Centre or operational environment
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment
