Summary of Role:
Reporting into the Finance Director and CFO, you will collaborate with the Financial Control team and be a team player to support both finance and operational stakeholders across the business with a range of financial modelling, financial forecasting, reporting and analysis both locally and globally.

Role & Responsibilities:

No two days in our high growth industry are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:

Coordinate the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Manage the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast

Assisting decision making throughout the business through financial modelling and scenarios

Deliver the process for gathering, consolidating, budgeting and reporting

Analyse business performance trends and drivers to explain actual vs budget

Build user friendly models to analyse business performance

Generate commercial insights

Assist in preparation of performance reports and presentations for investors and other internal/ external stakeholders

Analyse data flow and data gaps of financial KPIs, provide recommendations to improve data quality

Develop and continuously improve planning and reporting systems, processes, and workflow

Create and maintain reports using Business Intelligence tools

Adhoc reporting and analysis as requested by the business

Skills & Experience Required:

A degree in Accounting or Commerce, ideally a CA or CPA (or studying towards)

Prior FP&A / commercial experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong MS excel skills and data analysis skills

Experience using Salesforce, Financial Force and Power BI is an advantage

Hands-on, ability to multi-task, detail oriented with ability to see the big picture

Demonstrated problem solving skills in navigating through ambiguity and complexity
