The role:
Reporting to the Director - People and Talent, this role will see you owning all facets of the employee lifecycle.
In this incredibly important and versatile role, you will be the first person to welcome new starters as part of the seamless onboarding journey you have created and will ensure that employee due diligence is followed throughout their time with Airwallex.

Furthermore, you will act as an advisor to people leaders and assist them in growing and nurturing the talented people they have in their teams.

  • What you will do:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to seamlessly take offer the employee life cycle after offer acceptance
  • Assist our IT support team with onboarding and off boarding management
  • Create our career progression frameworks for all departments and role types
  • Own our compensation and benchmarking data and advise finance and Talent Acquisition for headcount and budget approval
  • Continually assess systems and process to ensure things are running as efficiently as possible
  • Manage our grad and intern program
  • Employee due diligence including ensuring reference checks are completed, relevant documents are collected and trainings are completed
  • Prepare payroll reports for finance to process
  • Roll out our region specific employee handbooks
  • Partner with Department and Team leaders to identify top performers and future potential leaders
