We’re on the hunt for an Inbound Supervisor to join our team. This role will have you coordinating the inbounding of saleable stock, returned stock, spare parts, and consumables into the BROSA warehouse network. As part of this role, you will also take responsibility for the day to day supervision at one of the warehouses. You are someone who enjoys working with a dynamic team in an energetic environment. You love building direct relationships with customers and are experienced at managing and negotiating with external partners. You’re able to lead from the front and develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You are also technologically savvy and enjoy learning new systems.

As an Inbound Supervisor at Brosa, you’ll get to:

  • Oversee day to day operations at one warehouse and manage a small team
  • Ensure all items delivered or returned to the warehouses are accounted for and handled correctly in the ERP
  • Schedule container and other inward deliveries for both sites
  • Ensure container deliveries are scheduled to minimise delivery cost
  • Manage relationship with Freight Forwarders and local suppliers including escalation of problems
  • Manage the 3P relationship for container unloading ensuring correct staffing
  • Manage any purchase order discrepancies
  • Maintain consumable stock levels
  • Provide reporting
  • Provide systems training
  • Write and maintain SOP relevant to the inbounding functions
