A bit about the role:

As our Learning and Development Lead at Immutable, you will own people manager foundations and emerging leadership development globally. You will be given the autonomy to innovate and explore next-generation learning technologies including metaverse and virtual reality. Reporting into and working closely with our Director of Learning and development, you will have the opportunity to reimagine workplace learning and leadership development, within a working culture that is curious and always looking to learn and grow!

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the development and delivery of immersive leadership development and general career development experiences at Immutable; including content development, facilitation and impact assessment.
  • Lead the development of a people managers orientation experience, to ensure every people manager at Immutable is familiar with our leadership philosophies, people practices, systems and rhythms.
  • Provide regular 1:1 and pod coaching to people managers on a range of topics relating to team performance, communication, engagement, growth and development.
  • Oversee and contribute to the delivery of our global onboarding experiences, to ensure they remain exceptional and every new Immutable is ready to crush it!
  • Contribute to our listening and engagement cycles, to ensure we’re acting on feedback and Immutable remains an awesome place to work.
  • We would love you to have:

  • Experience in learning & development, people development, and similar roles, operating with high independence to implement world-class learning experiences.
  • Experience developing highly engaging leadership development experiences, for hybrid and widely distributed audiences, and with an innate creative flair.
  • Advanced project/programme management skills, including the development of project and learning briefs, stakeholder plans, and a range of internal communications.
  • A strong analytical bend, and proven ability to use data to tell powerful stories of impact, particularly with respect to learner experience and people programs.
  • Effective organisational skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple streams of work and competing priorities.
  • A passion for scale-up environments and the ability to balance strategic thinking with a readiness to hustle and get things done.
  • An innate ability to really listen to people, reflect, learn, show empathy, and build strong rapport.
  • Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Tech experience is desirable, but not necessary.
