About the role

Our Business Operations team is looking for a Program Manager to join the Rocketship in Sydney. You will support the Lead Program Manager in implementing successful and genuine programs and outcomes globally. 

You will also work closely with our leadership team to ensure the success of the outcomes you are driving. 

You will guide the team through program milestones and ensure the team delivers on milestones on time, as well as engage stakeholders and track program statuses through weekly meetings. 

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure all plans and roadmaps are aligned to the wider business and financial forecasting plans
  • Facilitate meetings with leadership and hold the team accountable to all processes
  • Be the bridge between business units
  • Analyse data points in the business to predict 
  • Report on program status and escalate help requests for assistance to higher management team
  • Proactive improvement for process efficiency and teamwork
  • Work across multiple time zones to facilitate communication across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific 

Essential requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in SMEs to Enterprise 
  • Our preferred candidate will have extensive experience in Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • University degree qualification (post graduate degree an advantage)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills as this role will require various communication, presentations etc.
  • Problem solving
  • Understanding of data requirements to produce accurate results
  • Understanding of business excellence frameworks and industry trends
