A bit about the role:
Immutable is the fastest company to reach unicorn status in Australia. We are the market leader in scaling blockchain technology and blockchain gaming. We have massive global expansion plans and are now looking for two GTM Operations Leads to join the team, one to support Business Development and one for Partner Success.
As a core part of the GTM Operations team at Immutable, this new role will be responsible for defining and building a world-class set of strategies and processes for our Business Development and Partner Success functions. GTM Operations is responsible for the strategy, process, systems, technology and insights that amplify excellent customer outcomes and Immutable adoption.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build a clear vision of the problems our internal teams, customers and end-users face, and translate this into reality through prioritisation, analytics, process creation, communication and change management.
You will have the opportunity to:
Develop the Business Development/Partner Success strategy in collaboration with commercial leadership by analysing business performance, revenue and growthWork closely with commercial leaders to identify, define, build and codify the core processes for Business Development, including segmentation & customer mapping, qualification rules & process, account allocation, pipeline managementWork closely with commercial leaders to identify, define, build and codify the core processes for Partner Success, including account planning frameworks, revenue forecasting, target setting, and developing best-practice launch playbooksEnsure all sellers have a clear line of sight to ROI on deals they make by driving the seller motion, and establishing deal desk processesDesign the frameworks to make informed decisions on pricing, and other areas that drive deal velocityUpgrade governance processes to ensure accountability and visibility across the teamPartner with cross-functional teams to bring to life new initiatives that scale the business, drive sales performance, and deliver value for customers
We would love you to have:
4+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or B2B Ops in a high-growth environmentDemonstrated efficiency in tackling complex analytical problems, and distilling informationStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skill setCan see around corners to identify roadblocks ahead, and solve for themBalanced leadership style, a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thoughts, and the ability to set a clear vision. Strong executive-level communications skillsA demonstrated ability to look at problems creatively and deliver exceptional results to the most complex problemsStrong analytical skills. Comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable insights and using them to inform strategic directionSophisticated understanding of sales strategy, commercial operations, pricing or customer successExpert level experience in utilising CRM and other sales technologies with you
