Your (awesome) team and role!
As we continue to rapidly scale, there is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our platform sales efforts. You are a seasoned sales leader with both the street and book smarts to drive our SAAS revenue engine and help us get closer to our BHAG of 200m annual deliveries!

Day to day!
* Plan and direct sales activities to maximise new customer and delivery volume acquisition
* Develop and scale sales pipeline, ensuring that we are able to move a large number of opportunities from lead through to closed won
* Build a talent pipeline. Coach, train, motivate and grow sales and sales development reps
* Develop sales playbook and coaching to ensure that team has strong onboarding practices and enablement materials.
* Foster an effective sales culture that learns together
* Ensure competition, pricing and product gaps are well understood and communicated throughout the organisation
* Work with the wider business functions to maximise team success – from launch plans to campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs
* Provide regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasts

Our ideal Shippster - You!
We are always looking for the best, so...ideally you'll have;
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or MBA
* Experience in sales management, preferably in SAAS
* Experience in direct or outside B2B sales
* Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
