The key focus of the Zip integration team is assisting partners to enable the Zip payment method
into their platforms and providing integration support post-launch.

You help our partners to implement the Zip payment method across different channels and platforms, most commonly Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce and WooCommerce (to list a few) as well as working with partners to build bespoke integrations using the Zip API.

You work closely with the sales team to provide technical product knowledge and support during
the sales process.

You own all of the technical aspects of the pre-sales process as well as delivery of solution proposals to clients. This includes providing technical input into customer proposals and translating product and business requirements into innovative solutions.

When working with partners, you will also own the end to end delivery of all technical integration aspects during the partner onboarding process.

You will take ownership of support tickets ensuring that they are fully investigated and resolved in time, where necessary raised as an issue for our in-house plugin development team to fix or provide a solution.

You have a fantastic customer focused approach, the ability to satisfy high profile
partners, understand their requirements and deliver the right solution while keeping them in the loop
along the way.

To help us level up, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a pre or post sales technical role. This role will be suitable for someone who has minimum 3 years of experience working with and/or implementing web technologies or technical project management.
  • Comfortable working with REST API’s and assisting clients with technical questions.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Ticket management in Zendesk and Jira would be highly regarded.
  • Moderate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and CMS backends is ideal.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with different audiences, technical and non-technical.
  • True "people person" with an awesome approach to customer service.
  • Excellent time management and work prioritization skills.
