Overview of Position
We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to support and enable our growing global team. This role will be part of the Operations Team, reporting directly to the COO, but will have independent responsibility for delivering end to end IT onboarding, support and offboarding capabilities to the business. Strong, effective communications will be the key to success as a significant portion of the team are remote to Sydney.
Provide day to day IT support & solutions Set up and manage IT hardware and software for new starters, including remote setup for team members based outside of SydneyTroubleshoot IT hardware and software issues for the global teamManage user accounts across all IT systems including setup for new starters to the business and employee exit processesManage IT assets, including asset registers, storage and repairsProcure and manage office IT equipment, such as teleconference equipment, PCs and screensManage and maintain critical IT systems and infrastructure, with direction and guidance from the CIO
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in IT field is required3+ years of relevant IT help desk experience in a similar role is requiredPrevious experience in a security critical & fast-paced environment is advantageousExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detailExcellent time management and an ability to prioritiseWell developed problem-solving skills & an ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
