Overview of Position

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to support and enable our growing global team. This role will be part of the Operations Team, reporting directly to the COO, but will have independent responsibility for delivering end to end IT onboarding, support and offboarding capabilities to the business. Strong, effective communications will be the key to success as a significant portion of the team are remote to Sydney.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day IT support & solutions 
  • Set up and manage IT hardware and software for new starters, including remote setup for team members based outside of Sydney
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues for the global team
  • Manage user accounts across all IT systems including setup for new starters to the business and employee exit processes
  • Manage IT assets, including asset registers, storage and repairs
  • Procure and manage office IT equipment, such as teleconference equipment, PCs and screens
  • Manage and maintain critical IT systems and infrastructure, with direction and guidance from the CIO
  • Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT field is required
  • 3+ years of relevant IT help desk experience in a similar role is required
  • Previous experience in a security critical & fast-paced environment is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and an ability to prioritise
  • Well developed problem-solving skills & an ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
