Responsibilities & Focus:
Responsible for negotiating cost prices to ensure we achieve budget margin %Help set RRPs alongside PD / Design Manager to ensure a balanced pricing architecture across the categoriesBuild relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of sample collectionsAttend fittings to help support designers/GTs and ensure garment construction is viable to achieve the target margin %Ensure fabric, trims and lab dip approvals are carried out in a timely manner.Prepare samples, cost prices and presentations for fits/buy meetingsTrack factory allocation for each style/collection to ensure we have a balanceSeasonal/monthly analysis including best + worst styles, category performance, SWOTs and supplier performanceOversee Option Plan management - including Categories / US / Curvy MixEnsure WFX (PLM) is kept up to date and tidy by GTs/PD/Design
Qualities & Experience Required:
Experience in a similar position preferredExceptional Excel skills Superior attention to detail and accuracy Organised, team player with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and be flexible to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
