You will be responsible for:

  • The reviewing of application & transaction fraud alerts for all Zip products, including identifying linked fraudulent/suspect applications and blocking linked Zip accounts.
  • Reviewing payment fraud alerts made to Zip accounts.
  • The management of card payment chargebacks, including payment reversal on the Zip accounts and/or submission of evidence to the card issuer.
  • Reviewing fraud exception/outlier reports for fraudulent behaviours.
  • The submission of Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) referrals to the AML Team for confirmed frauds.
  • Management of escalations in relation to suspected fraud from other Zip business units. Eg Underwriting, CX
  • Your skills:

  • A good understanding of the fraud life cycle and fraud types (ID & account takeover, card payments fraud etc.)
  • An understanding of Zip products and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • A eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
