Airwallex has ambitious growth targets over the next 3 years and as part of our graduate program, we are seeking future marketing specialists & leaders to join our high calibre team. Graduates will be challenged to think strategically whilst being hands-on in driving and executing marketing initiatives.

What you will do

  • Assist in planning and executing cost-effective marketing programs to achieve objectives
  • Develop and execute digital and/or offline campaigns, with exposure to channels such as SEM/PPC, paid social, content, SEO, email, brand, events and website 
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to define and prioritise short and long-term initiatives
  • Research competitors, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for how marketing initiatives can be improved
  • Manage and track predetermined budgets across various channels
  • Report on marketing results, distilling learnings and insights that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams

  • What you will bring

  • Tertiary education (Business/Commerce with a major in marketing or similar)
  • Experience with digital marketing for your own business or side hustle (preferred, but not required)
  • Prior consulting, marketing, product or finance internship experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong storytelling skills, comfortable with written, verbal and visual formats
  • Less than 1 years work experience
