THE Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading the projects, programs and portfolio of all initiatives at THE ICONIC. We support all teams across THE ICONIC to execute the business strategy, business cases and projects with excellence. We provide efficient governance that enables transparency of our progress, risks, dependencies and everything else needed for efficient decision making on an executive and project level. We strive to deliver a seamless and inspiring experience to all our stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Change Manager will focus on delivering best practice change management into critical strategic projects within THE ICONIC. This role provides the opportunity for a change manager to build this discipline within THE ICONIC and further develop their expertise in the art of change management.

What’s involved…

  • Influence leadership involvement and equip them to assist with delivering change management strategies and plans and make decisions that empower staff to adopt the changes sustainably.
  • Proactively identify change impacts and risks, through conducting impact assessments, and work with the business to define effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans that enable successful delivery of solutions and business outcomes in alignment with the organisation’s vision, strategy, enabling a successful transition to business as usual.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to bring key stakeholders onboard with the change and empower them to help embed the change seamlessly and successfully.
  • Humanise the change, design, develop and manage the successful delivery of targeted communications, training and support activities based on change impacts and stakeholder needs.
  • Deliver and support end-to-end change management with a full suite of OCM services on initiatives.
  • Critically assess and question information provided, anticipate implications and work with the Project Team and stakeholders to produce business impact assessments.
  • Facilitate awareness and education activities to install an OCM mindset amongst the team.

About you… 

  • 5+ years’ experience in change management with technology or process-based change projects.
  • A sound understanding of project governance and change management best practices.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Use a collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
  • I am experienced in building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring as required.
  • Experience ensuring stakeholder adoption is embedded into BAU so the expected benefits of the change are realised.
  • Experience managing change in agile project environments.
  • Relevant qualifications to change management are favourable.

This will be a Hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and our offices.

Where possible and in line with government Covid-19 restrictions, we are transitioning to in-office onboarding for all new starters on day one. Similarly, our team members are operating in a hybrid working model with days spent between their home and our hubs each week.
