A new and exciting contract opportunity is available for a passionate and motivated Internal Talent Acquisition specialist to join our growing team at Ignition Advice. This role will have exposure to our current international footprint and instrumental our future footprint. Working across business divisions, this is a full-time, fixed term (6 months initially, with a strong possibility for extension) position that will be responsible for identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to be part of the fast-growing Ignition team across our Global business. 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage all recruitment related activities including advertising, short listing, interview process and feedback, offers and appointment letters, including coordinating with external recruitment firms as required;
  • Identify talent and coordinate all open roles across existing regions covering Australia, Ireland and UK, and new regions as we grow;
  • Build a talent pipeline to cover short and long-term workforce capability;
  • Coordinate basic staff onboarding, pre-employment checks and orientation to see the acquisition process through to completion;
  • Other ad-hoc recruitment related duties that arise from time to time.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years recruitment experience with at least 1 year in the IT industry;
  • Financial Services industry experience would be highly regarded;
  • Previous experience working with senior management stakeholders;
  • Confident with your basic IT technical skills;
  • Ability to work remotely and across time zones;
  • Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter tool;
  • Internal recruitment experience in a SaaS based business will be highly regarded.
