As Content Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead the overarching content strategy that will help to shape our brand voice amongst employees, employers, technology partners and broader industry. You will be crafting compelling, engaging and high-impact content across ebooks, reports/white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, landing pages, video and podcasts.

About the Role

  • Lead and execute on a holistic content strategy to drive engagement amongst Flare’s core customer segments 
  • Write and edit compelling, research-driven content in all forms to serve Flares current and prospective customers across all product offerings (superannuation, benefits and wallet)
  • Partner with Demand Gen to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns to generate and nurture leads 
  • Guide and execute social media marketing
  • Manage content planning and editorial calendar including sourcing and managing freelance and partner content contributors 
  • Partner with product, CX, sales and the broader marketing teams to develop content aligned to key customer journeys
  • Work with a graphic designer to craft beautiful and refined content for Flare
  • Highlight content’s ROI and analyse data to inform opportunities for content to drive commercial results

What You Bring To The Table

  • 6+ years of content writing/ content marketing experience, ideally at a marketing agency or high-growth SaaS company
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills 
  • Strong project management experience who is able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple streams of work 
  • You’re both a highly creative ‘big picture’ thinker but also process-driven and relies on data to make decisions
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Highly proficient in social media analytic tools and website analytics (Google Analytics + Mixpanel is plus)
  • Previous experience in content development for the personal finance sector is highly desirable but not mandatory
