The Opportunity As Afterpay’s Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead user growth and customer acquisition to break ground in launching a new digital banking platform. You will work cross-functionally with the core Afterpay team in building world-class digital performance strategies and growth campaigns. The ideal candidate has user growth experience seeding a new business out of an already established one, a strong background in marketing strategy, and a deep understanding of the mobile space.

-Own the planning, strategy and execution of new customer acquisition, seeding a new group of digital bank users out of the core
-Afterpay customer base and other financial services users 
-Oversee digital performance strategies, including paid and owned channels 
-Strategically drive cross-selling from our existing Afterpay base to the digital banking platform
-Oversee 3rd party partners and platforms that assist in driving valuable scale for our business
-Deeply understand our Australia and New Zealand consumers and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation at every stage of their acquisition funnel 
-Create experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness
-Partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines
-Work with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale 
-Manage budgets, forecasting and KPI control ensuring effective measurement & insight is in place for all digital & partner marketing activities, to enable continuous optimisation and regular performance reporting

-You’re a digital marketing Specialist with solid hands-on experience in implementing and optimising digital growth campaigns with at least 8 years industry experience
-You have worked for a global, hyper-growth company and successfully grown a new product/business unit under the core product umbrella 
-Your relevant degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Management and/or data science will be put to good use
-You have demonstrated experience in developing acquisition strategies through cross-selling and lifecycle marketing utilising both paid media and owned media channels
-You’re highly creative with experience devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate a target audience
-You have a deep understanding of ad formats, segmentation, lookalike audiences, tracking, multi-touch attribution and growing trends in paid digital mediaYou’re a strong communicator and are able to simplify complex subjects for non-marketing stakeholders
-You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
-You’re comfortable with large data-sets, proficient with SQL and are able to identify actionable trends and insights
-You follow through, you show up and make it happen, fast
