What are we looking for?
We're looking for somebody with an analytical mind and a passion for thinking outside the box to solve real world problems at Zip. This role will suit somebody with a commercial mindset who loves to use analytics to assess risk and partner with senior stakeholders to make a significant difference to the business and our customers.

What will your day look like?
Create an accurate and effective reporting framework to ensure proactive identification and mitigation of credit and fraud riskWork with our large volume of data to understand trends, behaviours and opportunities for portfolio growthWorking with stakeholders (in particular Underwriting, Collections and Fraud Risk team) on all aspects of portfolio risk managementAssist with monitoring and reporting on Application, Behaviour and Collection ModelsCommunicate insights through Tableau dashboards and risk insights reportsCollaborate with the broader Data & Risk Team to share ideas and discuss analytical approaches and promote continual learning & development
What are your skills?
Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline (E.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Studies, Economics)3+ years commercial analytics experience from a retail banking/consumer finance environmentExperience developing reports and/or dashboards using TableauAdvanced SQL Server skills for performing complex queries and data manipulationAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to effectively communicate your solutions and work with senior stakeholders
Bonus points for:
Understanding of regulatory risk management environment (IFRS9 and CCR)Exposure to Application/Behaviour/Collection models
