Weploy is a well funded Melbourne based startup focused on improving the way organisations hire temporary and contract staff.

We’ve won a number of awards over the past 3 years due to our innovative approach, and our product is loved and used by organisations like Deliveroo, Perpetual Ltd, Volkswagen Group and VicSuper.

 About you

We are very open to individuals from a recruitment experience background, supported with key attributes that we are looking for in our Account Executive team:

  • You will be well communicated and have a high level of commercial acumen to thoroughly understand how to position our product across a range of scenarios
  • You will be tenacious and operate at high activity levels
  • You will be resilient and not deterred by setbacks or hitting walls, rather motivated to improve and achieve success
  • You will have eagerness to self-generate sales opportunities
  • You will be motivated to go above and beyond to achieve success personally and collectively
  • Be customer orientated and responsive to requirements outside of standard office hours
  • You are self-motivated and invest in personal growth, not rely on others to show you the way all the time

What you’ll do

  • Prospect to self-generate high quality leads
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations (face-to-face or via video call)
  • Solution sell - identify customer problems and be able to position Weploy against the competition to solve them
  • Drive the end to end sales cycle (prospect to close) 
  • Manage your pipeline prioritisation and deal strategy
  • Adhere to monthly performance targets
  • Effectively use HubSpot CRM to ensure visibility of your deals across the business 
  • Work closely with the Product team for continuous improvement feedback
  • Present proposals and business cases
  • Share insights and knowledge with the team

Your background

  • Recruitment experience is highly desired and will set you up for success
  • You have proven your ability to close deals with medium to large businesses
  • You are a strong relationship-builder and have forged demonstrable successful business partnerships as a result
  • You have experience presenting to business leaders face to face
